How long does it take to activate a server?

When we accept the order, you will be notified via email. After the confirmation email it usually takes up to 10 working days to activate the server.

What are the accepted payment methods?

At this moment we accept only bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut.

What is the network connection speed?

All dedicated root servers have a dedicated 1 Gbps up-link connection with unshaped traffic.

Is it possible to visit the data center?

The data center can be visited by prior appointment.

What are the NSs managed by Data Node?

If you do not have your own name servers, you can use the ones managed by us, respectively ns.datanode.eu, ns2.datanode.eu, ns3.datanode.eu and ns4.datanode.eu.

Can I install my own operating system?

Yes, you can install your own OS, using your own local ISO file, via HTML remote console offered by SuperMicro.
